Year 3 and 4 could not believe their eyes when a border collie similar to Roving Rex was found roaming the streets close to Ward Green Primary School. Even more mysterious - the beautiful black and white collie was wearing Rex's name tag and had white paint on its paws. Could this be our mascot? Has something magical happened to Roving Rex?
Strange events have been happening at Ward Green Primary. A mystery dog has been seen running through the Key Stage 2 corridor! Could this be Rex? Mr Wilson spotted the dog as it ran straight through his paint tray!
Oh no! Roving Rex has disappeared. He was last seen by the Year 1 children who took him to Butterfly World. Will we find him before his trip around Europe begins? If you spot him, please tell Mrs Stott immediately.
Today was very special because Roving Rex was presented with his very own dog tag! It has been placed on his collar in case he wanders too far on his journey! Woof!
